Weekly Update – Pack of Possibilitarians

Apr 20, 2017 | Life in Progress

I’m obsessed with Instagram – it’s my favorite online home! Here’s a recap from the last week, and for those of you who aren’t on Instagram, come and join me!

Thursday, April 13

WHAT a day. The financial planning meeting. The pelvic bowl energetic healing session (TMI?). The workout session. The work calls. The date night. The Easter prep. The happy dances from selling all of my paintings (that never gets old). The snuggles. I am calling this day done and now I’m in bed about to watch The Path on Hulu (so good) and fall asleep. Goodnight friends.

Friday, April 14

Love this small hike to True’s urban forest school. The birds are chirping and the sun is peeking out.

Saturday, April 15

Today the sun is out and it’s WARM. John and I are gardening allllllllll day while Lulu and True play nearby in the yard.

Monday, April 17

Current view. Admin day today. Deadlines (ahem, alivelines) call. I love moving around the house all day to various sit spots. Makes the ADD part of my brain happy.

Friends, I’m obsessed with this book.
*
It was just released via Hay House (one of my favorite publishers) and it was written by @bethkempton (one of my favorite humans on this planet).
*
We all have seasons in our lives where we feel trapped, like a bird in a cage. The cage bars are everyday things like Pressure, Guilt, Overwhelm, Motherhood, Jobs we don’t love, and so, so much more.
*
Like so many of us, Beth knows the cage well. And she also knows how to unlock the door toward freedom. Not turn-your-life-upside-down freedom, but real, everyday joyful FREEDOM. The kind of freedom that can exist where we are today, in this moment. What could be better?
*
I have know Beth for many many years. I have known her free. I have known her caged. And vice versa. I am so incredibly proud to know her and I’m incredibly proud that she is coming out from behind the scenes (where she runs an incredibly successful business over at Do You What Love and sharing her wisdom with us.

Tuesday, April 18

Good morning from still sleepy Lulu who is still not a morning dog.

You gals. Can you believe our very own Lulu made the front page of my neighborhood’s monthly newspaper? She is thrilled and would like to thank her pack of Possibilitarians.

Wednesday, April 19

That time the sun peeked out for a second.
*
Oh man, we are struggling here in the Pacific Northwest, y’all. The sun is elusive and we’re all getting a bit weary.
*
The good news? It’s a fantastic day to make some art, which is what I’m planning to do.
*
Happy Wednesday!

Reason #543 I adore this child: When we told him we were taking him out for dinner, he went upstairs to change clothes and came down in his “snazzy” outfit, which included a polka dotted cowboy shirt, a yellow tie, striped jersey shorts, green striped socks, and checkerboard shoes. Friends, this kid knows how to wear his joy. Love.

Thursday, April 20

Today I’ve got @susanroderick here as @bethkempton and I are filming for our top secret project and Susan is filming it;). Also got my makeup face in today courtesy of @kirstiewright

Sending much love,

The pelvic bowl energetic healing session….is that what I think it is….never heard it called that but love it…and perfect description as the act is energetic and healing and it lasts me for 24 hours [and I’m 78 yrs young]. Love you Kelly. Carolyn
