It’s been such a journey to see how my permissions have changed over the years. There are seasons for big permissions – more rest, fewer commitments, slower moments with family and friends. And then there are the seasons where I just need to laugh a little, to let the wrong lyrics leave my lips without a thought, to window shop one afternoon or take a nap in my hammock. Permission granted.
