Wear Your Joy: Lifting the Spirit

Mar 21, 2017 | My Creative Practice, Wear Your Joy™

Hello friends! Here are my most recent Wear Your Joy moments. As always, this personal practice continues to inspire. Wanna join me? Click over here for all the details!

Thursday, March 2

Confession: I wore my yellow joy yesterday in this outfit. Today, I rolled out of bed (with massive bed head no less) and straight into my hot pink moo moo which I’ve been wearing all day. Still joy, just a messy one vs a showered one. Here’s to rolling with it all.

Thursday, March 9

John and I are on our way to our first partner training session at the gym. I’ve got my artsy workout wear on made via Mod Thread and I’m ready to sweat it out, followed by date night, followed by my favorite thing to do (sleep). Xxo!

Wednesday, March 15

Got dressed up in joy today for a little outing. It continues to pour cold rain here in the Pacific Northwest, so we’re getting out and about when all our bodies want to do is hibernate.

Monday, March 20

Continuing to pretend that Spring has arrived even though it’s dark and cloudy outside. The Wear Your Joy practice continues being its gifts at lifting the spirit. Also, I bought a belt for the first time in YEARS. Happy Monday!

Sending much love,

You look lovely..🌻💖🌻 sending you yellow sunflowers to brighten up your grey days! It’s good to embrace the grey, like you do and add a splash of bright. I am sooo loving the WYJ course, and I’m only on day 6, and I wouldn’t of been able to do it (financial constraints ☹️) if it hadn’t been for your generosity….so a very big thank you.xxxx
