(front view. 22 original paintings hanging on the walls. prints on wood are hanging on the white shutters. and regular prints and cards are inside the suitcases and on the blue table.)
(closer look at some originals)
(prints + cards. originals hanging on the wall.)

here we are completely blissed out on saturday afternoon. the show was a success. the booth came together just fine, i met several lovely souls (thank you to everyone who came out), mingled with other crafters (including this lovely woman), was interviewed on berkeley’s listener sponsored radio station about how one of my images came to be their poster image this year (this radio interview was an incredibly humbling and crazy experience. i so wanted to get a photo of the entire experience…with the earphones and microphone..but it all happened so quickly. and can i just say how bizarre it is to have people come up and say ‘i heard you on the radio this morning!’? wow.). the absolute best part of the entire weekend was meeting folks. chattin it up. and soaking in every minute of this experience. there were tears. good ones. happy ones. relieved one. it’s been such an intense several weeks. now begins full-on rejuvenation.

ps-i’ve listed the remaining five originals on etsy. if you’d like to see more photos from the weekend, click over to my flickr page..

more soon…

Sending much love,

I also want to say thank you for turning me onto the Cloth Paper Scissors magazine! Not only is your how-to article great but i had no idea this mag was so helpful! I’m excited to try out some of the techniques.
