I’ve gotten into a habit lately of NOT wearing my joy. So much easier to throw on gym clothes or stay in my super loungy/pajama clothes.
I’m working the daily habit back in, though. Cause it’s straight-up wellness, right? Wellness as in having a joy practice. Wellness as in speaking kindly to myself when getting dressed, adorning myself with my sacred style. Wellness as in feeling better when I take time to put my hair up and put on clothes that make me feel like myself.
Who’s with me?
PS: I’m dressed up in Gudren Sjoden. The teal dress underneath the black tunic is SO SOFT and perfect for layering. Also, can we please talk about mixing patterns of similar colors? LOVE. Also, I am discovering black after avoiding it my entire life. Also, embracing glasses vs contacts.
PPS: For those of you who are new to wearing your joy, I’d love to have you join me for Wear Your Joy, a 30-day email course for people who want to get dressed in joy.

Let’s make the call of your heart visible – and wearable.
Would love a Wear Your Joy book! The online course seriously changed the way I thought about how I dress, made me think about the way “wearing my joy” makes me feel and so many other things. I know I’ve said this before, but it was truly life changing for me.
LOVE this idea!
