This move is making me bold, my friends. Today, while out on a walk, I made another big decision toward the life I really want to be living. It’s means saying no to something that has been generating really good revenue for me, but it doesn’t quite have my passion or heart.

Here’s what I’ve learned about saying no:

Our ‘no’s” are somebody else’s “Heck Yes!”. So, in a way, our ‘no’s” are beautiful gifts we’re giving to someone else whose passion is aligned with what we’re letting go – whether that’s teaching, volunteering, speaking, creating, whatever it may be. NO is a gift!

I don’t want to create anything with my time and energy and resources that isn’t a full-on HECK YES. The alignment would be off and I hate when things feel off. Also, life is getting shorter.

I’ve been getting so much practice this last year not only say no to things that weren’t quite a BIG YES for me, but also to other things I’ve created (biz offerings, homes, relationships, etc) that have served their purpose and were ready to be set free. Hello, freedom and living from a place of HECK YES.

What are you saying HECK YES to at the moment? What is lighting you up?

My wish for all of us:

That we can give ourselves sacred permission to put to rest what no longer serves us. That we can trust that putting some things down is a vital step toward picking up what our hearts want next.

Big love!
