Hey, Kelly Rae, where are your painting courses?

Mar 25, 2019 | Life in Progress

Hello, friends! I’ve been getting a lot of questions that sound like this: “Kelly Rae, WHERE are your painting courses? When will you have another one? I miss your painting courses!”

I thought I’d take a minute to answer…

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have a gagillion painting classes/retreats that are securely tucked into my heart. For now, while my family and I are DEEP inside a big life transition (one that has all of my art supplies in storage), I’m focusing on other parts of my soul/heart/biz work.

My other non-painting course offerings (that are currently available) are focused on other ways to engage our creativity and our hearts.

They include:

For those of you waiting for a painting course, or are ready for my weekly painting videos to return, I’m excited to bring forth something just for you in the coming months.

Stay tuned! I’m excited about it ALL.⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Meanwhile, I’ll be over here pacing myself, embracing my limitations, and doing my important soul work of not over-doing it (which is hard for me. I’m a #7 Enthusiast on the Enneagram!).

If you’re itching for me to offer up a specific course/retreat, let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Sending much love,

Congrats on you and your families new life! Like many of your followers, I find that as I check out your blog or read one of your posts I feel like you’re writing it to me! Often you’re going through a similar season to mine! I’m 62 And have had a coffeehouse/bistro for the last 28 years in a neat historical area here on the East Coast. After several years of ups and downs trying to sell the business and retire, it finally happened one month ago. I thought I would be more excited but the massive life change has made me more stressed than ever it seems! Don’t get me wrong, I know I am very blessed but there seems to be so much ahead of me that I am very overwhelmed by it all. My husband has Parkinson’s and both our children live on the West Coast. I need to get my house ready to sell, that is overwhelming! But you certainly can relate to those feelings 🙂 I know there’s a great adventure ahead of us, and I am ready to jump off the cliff 🙂 oh by the way, did I mention the fact that once the house sells…We are moving across the country to Bend, Oregon! For your readers who may not know, Bend is just minutes away from your new location. No we are not stalkers, our son and his beautiful wife live there and that’s where we will start the next chapter of our lives. As exciting as that is, between selling our business, retiring from a lifelong tradition, selling our home, and starting a brand new life across the country…my stress driven Crohn’s disease is very unhappy!!! Needless to say your words of inspiration touch all of us. Now I hope to inspire you to continue on your path that you are currently immersed in. I don’t have to tell you that life is so short, enjoy every second of it! Work Can wait for a minute while the four of you (doggie too) immerse yourselves into this very important family time. May God continue to bless all of you 🙂

Yvonne, YEs, you are speaking my language. May you allow this next chapter to unfold with as much rest and restoration as possible. I’m right there with you!

    House is sooo cute!
Later on, after you are settled again, I’ll be looking forward to the Angel Camp and the Radiate business class.

    Hello,
I just found you via Pinterest from the article “10 Inspirational Art Studios” and I love the joy you are sharing! Looking at your retreats, is the “Wear Your Joy” retreat an online workshop?
    Thanks very much.
