As I allow myself to sink deeper into this new life, fresh and exciting creative inspiration and ideas are emerging. It feels exhilarating, like falling in love in a way. It’s such a gift to be able to create and make this new, slower life here. As much as I cherish our years in the big city, I am grateful to have this experience. Truly.
I’m finding it remarkable how just ordinary daily living is so much slooooower here, which is something I’ve been craving (slowness) for years, yet there is a sweet little rhythm emerging to our days. The hours feel like they float along vs racing through.
I come and go often throughout the day, hopping on my bike for a quick ride, or a quick walk to the cafe, or a dip into reading on the porch with True. In between, I’m working, dreaming up new offerings (I can’t wait to share them with you!), making stuff in the studio. There is something about having less stimuli that is rocking my world right now. Wow, wow, wow.
Been thinking a lot about how we dream, attract, manifest, and create the lives that are calling us. How we consciously tune in and then, with a whole lot of Trust, take inspired action one step at a time until we are living in the center of our creation. How we allow grief and joy to find their pockets, sometimes deep pockets, along the way. How change is a beautiful, messy, portal for growth.
This particular change of season for us started out messy and I can’t tell you how beautiful it feels to have made it to the other side. I know I keep going on and on about it, but it’s where my heart is at these days. Just marveling at it all. Life is precious.

I’m on the same path: my husband, my son and I are leaving our home, here in Milan (Italy) to move in a smaller house in a tiny city on the Dolomiti mountains!
