I’m running around today getting decorations for my big ten year biz anniversary party this weekend and found this message staring at me. Truth is I’m a little nervous about my big shindig. I’ve never thrown a big party before. And attention on me isn’t comfortable. But I’m say yes to celebrating this unlikely journey and all the people who have supported me along the way. And saying YES has been a huge part of making this working artist thing happen. So here’s to yes!
I was back at Cargo today to pick up some party decor for my 10th anniversary shindig this weekend and EVERY time I go there I am mesmerized by this gorgeous installation. I mean, really. Dreamy, huge, and unforgettable.

Current at the airport on my way to Santa Fe, New Mexico for a four day intensive on Transformational Speaking with the one and only Gail Larsen. The month of July has been huge for me in the department of Doing Things That Scare me. There was the launching of Kelly Rae Unscripted, speaking in front of 500 gorgeous souls for the Brave Girls Symposium, putting on a big party for and now this. Seems like the perfect bookend to a month that has reignited my Possibilitarian heart and has reminded me of all that we are capable of when we get out of our heads and into our courage. Besides, the lovely Beth Kempton is going with me in the final July journey and she makes everything better. I’m off!
