everyone knows i love lists. and i love a huge pile of christmas gifts that need to be organized, wrapped, and carefully packaged in boxes to be shipped off to family and friends. the postal worker (and everyone in line behind me) was astonished at the sheer amount of boxes i mailed today. our apt was a complete and utter mess last nite as i wrapped, and wrote tags, ribbon and paper everywhere. i love it! i love wrapping and organizing! thanks alexandra for the list:
1. Yourself: always learning, slightly exhausted by all the learning at times, but it’s all good.
2. Your partner: a laid back, newly fauxhawked, sweet, sweet something
3. Your hair: a stacked out bobbed with chucky highlights

20. What you are wearing: my favorite oversized blue jeans, my favorite long sleeved tee, and a Brooklyn Industries vest.
21. Your favorite weather:sunny 75, no humidity
22. Your favorite book: Eat, Pray, Love was the last book i really loved
23. The last thing you ate: popcorn, and m&m’s at the movies (The Holiday)
24. Your life: i’m finally figuring it out
25. Your mood: i am frustrated as i seem to be having some sort of creative block and the timing could not be worse.
26. Your best friend: talented writer, counselor, wears cute shoes and has a cute haircut all of the time
27. What you’re thinking about right now: going on an artist date with myself to the san fran MOMA tomorrow to try and shake the creative block
28. Your car: a 2000 subaru wagon, green, with racks on the top
29. What you are doing at the moment: getting ready for bed
30. Your summer: ocean walks, sidewalk drinks, shopping, being, happy
31. Your relationship status: happiness

I saw Holiday with Laini last weekend at Bridgeport and you know how in the last scene it opens with Kate Winslet and her bro dancing together in the living room and Diaz and jack Black dancing together? I turned to Laini and said, “Well thats a weird ending! the brother and sister are a couple now, weird!” We never saw movies together in Portland when you were here but you can always count on me to make a ridiculous comment somewhere during the flick, or after, or both. But don’t worry ! Mostly I am very quiet! I actually liked the film- a sweet, mindless if predictable fun two hours.
Great list. And as a list maker myself, I’ll give it a try in the next few days.
