My Sunday Ritual

Oct 4, 2019 | Life in Progress

Weekend plans: Creating a schedule for the week that supports wellness (walks in nature, yoga, smoothies, juicing, downtime/space to integrate/process a very full life, tiny bit of gardening), family (school activities, birthday fun for True’s 9th!), and creative biz.

I’m also gonna pick out my outfits each eve as it super helps my #notamorningperson flow and gets me into my Wear Your Joy practice.

Do you take time each week to plan out your week? I’ve been doing it on Sundays for years. If I don’t schedule in wellness and self-care, then it doesn’t happen. Sunday planning sessions also help me coordinate general work and family flow, too, but mainly I do it for making sure I get my wellness as a priority each day on the calendar.

How do you schedule your wellness in? What does it include/involve? I’d love to know!

Sending much love,

Hi rae of sunshine. A few years ago I was in los angeles and I purchased two beautiful scarfs you had designes. I gave one to my precious sister in law who lives in LA and kept one for myself. It was multi uses with arm holes and a beautiful bird on the back. I am trying to replace one because I let my girlfriend use it to go to italy last week and all her luggage got stolen at the airport. I am heartbroken. I can’t even ask her about it. I am trying to get a picture of it. By a miracle I kept the tag and happened upon it as I was cleaning a draw i never go through. It reads Bogo bird scarf. Artist Kelly Rae. meaning-Full art.

      Hi Mickey,
I know which vest/scarf you are referring to and sadly, we no longer make it. I’m so sorry! You might want to do a google search for “Kelly Rae Roberts scarf vest” and you might be able to find one on ebay or elsewhere. I hope you can find it!
