There is no glory in a full schedule.

Jan 5, 2019 | Life in Progress

Dear loves,

I loved reading everyone’s comments on my last Instagram post. Your words of the year, and the intention behind them, was uplifting and moving to read. I read many of them out loud. If you missed it, head over here.

It seems that so many of us are wanting to opt out of the quickening pace of which our lives are run. Me too, I kept thinking. Me, too.

Truthfully, in this moment, I am hustling. I’ve been hustling for months, really – working hard to recalibrate and steady my business and my personal life, too. But I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I can feel the relief, the sense of Freedom. It’s almost here.

It feels like a mighty and worthy quest, one worth all the burning it down, the dismantling, the recreating of a whole new season of life. Because in the end, I know (and so do you) that there is no glory in hustling, no awakening in a full schedule, and no divinity in spreading ourselves thin.

This year, may we tune in often. And may we bravely change course if needed, so that we stay true to our North, grounded in our center, and free to soar.

XO,

Kelly Rae
