Our days will be a lovely blend of creative play + exploration, guided wellness activities meant to nourish your soul, and meaningful conversation. We’ll also gather around for amazing Italian meals, visit a couple of majestic Tuscan villages, and more.
I’ve designed this exclusive once-in-a-lifetime retreat to feel luxurious, deeply nourishing, and full of creative joy. You can expect gorgeous details, an exquisite Tuscan retreat home, and ease-filled painting days where I’ll share everything I know about painting meaningful mantra paintings. There will also be all sorts of thoughtful activities specifically designed to spark your creativity, nurture your being, and create long-lasting connections.
Stunning Accommodations
Our gathering will take place in at expansive + beautiful Tenuta di Sticciano in Tuscany, Italy. This prestigious estate, steeped in a storied past, is nestled in the idyllic commune of Florence.
You’ll have your own bed and depending on what you choose, either a private room + bath or a shared room + bath. There will be plenty of unstructured time to enjoy all that this gorgeous, high-end property has to offer. The views will leave you exhaling with wonder.

Creative Joy
Throughout our time together, we’ll gather around and create in casual, informal ways. You’ll experiment with mixed media, layering, collage, acrylic paint, mark-making, and many, many more techniques that I can’t wait to share with you. By the time you leave, you’ll have completed a beautiful art journal filled with gorgeously layered pages and a couple of complete mantra paintings, too.
We’ll also spend time exploring the gorgeous grounds of our estate, watching sunsets, taking photo walks, and much more.

Wellness + Nourishment
I believe we must find time to refill our wells, nourish our creative spirits, and take time to listen to our hearts. Taking time to exit our daily lives while being surrounded by nature and kindred spirits is a beautiful act of self-care. Together, we’ll spend time quieting the noise and tuning into our hearts with guided ceremonies, writing exercises, nature walks, and more.
We’ll also enjoy a couple of outings to nearby Tuscan villages so we can further experience the beauty and magic of Tuscany.
There will be ample downtime for those of you who are seeking refuge.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and inspired to step back into your life with a renewed vibrancy.
Italian Food!
We’ll be fed the delicious flavors of exquisite Italian cuisine meticulously prepared by our private chef, renowned for his creativity and commitment to utilizing local organic ingredients sourced from the estate and trusted partners.
Each meal will be a masterpiece that showcases the noble flavors of the region, including the estate’s own cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil derived from olives grown and harvested on-site, prized truffles gathered from the sprawling 123-acre property, and premium wines crafted from Tenuta di Sticciano’s vineyards.

I have always dreamed of hosting a one-of-a-kind retreat where I can float in and out of roles: Part art teacher, part girlfriend, part guide, part host enthusiast/geek, part mentor, part just another woman gathering with kindreds.
At this retreat I am here to host you, love you up, encourage you, guide you, and be a sister-friend. I’ll be sharing meals with you, making coffee/tea in my pj’s with you, and hosting and leading all the amazing activities I have planned for us.

Together, we’ll explore the romantic region of Tuscany through two art trips: one to San Gimignano, a picturesque medieval village, and another to the Chianti Clasico trail, covering quintessential historic towns of the region.
We’ll let the amazing landscape and unique architecture inspire us as we explore the cobbled streets and attractions.

Our retreat will take place at Tenuta di Sticciano, an enchanting estate dating back to the 16th century. This stunning venue has retained its rustic charm with vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors, and more. All of it exudes the timeless Italian vintage spirit.
Sprawling across an expansive 395 acres, this remarkable property has been masterfully designed as a self-sustaining village, featuring a collection of villas. During the retreat, we will have the exclusive privilege of residing in the recently renovated Casale Fornace and Fienile Fornace villas, nestled in their own secluded hamlet to ensure privacy and tranquility.

Thirteen elegantly appointed bedrooms await, adorned with exquisite materials like Tuscan marble and wood, offering a refined and inviting sanctuary for complete relaxation.
