Recently discovered Stance Socks and I’m in love. Also, I’m fully pretending that Spring is here because I. Am. So. Over. The. Cold. Also, this tunic (from Gudrun Sjoden) reminds me of The Innocent Mission’s song, Bright As Yellow. One more thing: I’m proud to say I’m wearing a KRR scarf. They are perfect those in between days when it’s not too hot or cold but you still need something.

Heading out for a day of collaboration, podcast recording, and venue scoping for an upcoming speaking event. Feels so good to get out into the world!

This is my roll-out-of-bed and get dressed up in joy for the gym look. Ha! Have you guys heard of Mod Thread? It’s an app that allows you to design your own leggings and more with your art or photos. I tried it out with these workout leggings (created with one of my backgrounds) and I’m loving the quality. Not sure I’ll do more than these pair as it’s a little pricey but maybe! I’ve been consistently working out now (circuit training style) for a little over three months. I’ve lost some weight, but more importantly I’m feeling really strong and my endurance is improving. Sticking with it.
I love how you dress in your joy Kelly Rae 🙂 I too also love colourful quirky clothes and you’ve inspired me to put the extra few minutes in to put together a quirky colourful outfit that makes me feel HAPPY. What a simple act for mental benefit 🙂 And yes, the cold sucks! Lol
Thanks Jules! We’d love to have you join us for the Wear Your Joy Project, check it out here! I agree – a few extra minutes makes a huge difference!
