Weekly Goal Setting & Check-ins
Every week, I’ll share the best things I’ve learned about setting nourishing (and actually achievable) weekly goals, and then you’ll set your own wellness goal for the week – whatever feels right for where you are.

If you choose, you’ll also have an opportunity to check in with the group about any challenges (and joys!) you’re experiencing as you move towards that goal. The engagement and big-hearted energy around these check-ins will be mega-uplifting and also provide the gentle accountability that I believe is crucial to any sustained wellness practice. Discussions and comments will be moderated by me on a daily basis to ensure a safe, judgement-free zone.

This is the only place I’m going to share this much detail about exactly what I’m doing, what’s working and what definitely did NOT work. My Personal Wellness Journey (so far!)

My wellness story began when I was 35 years old, the year my son was born. I suffered intense birth trauma, which led me towards a painful yet extraordinary journey of healing.

I learned deep, spiritual lessons during this time, an up-levelling of awakening. At the heart of that healing and awakening were the soul/self-care practices that I slowly integrated into my everyday life.

These same practices have been travelling with me on my path ever since, companions that have helped sustain a thriving soul-care wellness practice that is at the heart of my experience as a human.

It’s taken me longer to sustain a body wellness practice. When it came to my body, I was a ‘kick’ kind of person – I’d dabble in this fitness kick, or that health kick for a while, but nothing was deeply integrated. Nothing lasted.

Then, in 2016, at the tender age of 41, I figured out how to bring what I’d learned in the Soul Care realm over into the Body area, and that’s when everything changed for me.

I learned that it takes as long as it takes, and that loving accountability is vital. I learned how to embody compassionate discipline, and to surround myself with others who did too.

I began documenting this process on Instagram and I noticed that whenever I posted about #kellyraeswellnessjourney, the cheers kept getting louder and louder. It became clear that this wasn’t just about me – women all over the world were craving a more wholehearted approach to healthy living.

And that’s where the idea for The Possibilitarian Wellness Tribe came from.

How does the billing work?

The Possibilitarian Wellness Tribe is a 3 month, 6 month, or 1 year subscription service, which means when you sign up, you’ll be billed the full price of whatever subscription tier you chose. At the end of that period of time, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, on the same day as your original purchase.

For example, if you sign up on the 12th of the month for a 3 month subscription, at the end of the 3 months, on the 12th of the month, you will automatically be billed again for another 3 month subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

What do I have to do to make sure my membership continues?

Not a thing. Your membership fee will be automatically charged every 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year via the same payment method you provide when you sign up, depending on the tier you chose.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Once you cancel, you will be removed from our private Facebook group. You will also stop receiving any new content. All the content you received while your membership was active will still be yours to keep forever. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email us at hello@kellyraeroberts.com.

Are these prices per month?

The prices listed above are the total amount for each membership period (either 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). Those numbers are not individual monthly payments. It works out to be less than $5/week, an investment you are SO WORTH.

Why isn’t there a month-to-month option?

Generally speaking, month-to-month offerings can encourage ‘stop and start’ behavior, but our wellness requires our heart’s full attention even when life gets busy or work becomes extra stressful. I believe that by making a 3-month minimum commitment, you’re more likely to create sustainable lifestyle (and mindset) changes that stick.

Is there a payment plan for the 12 month option?

There is not a payment plan for this offering.

How private is the private Facebook group?

This is a closed group, so it’s truly private. Only members can see what you post in the group. Confidentiality is important for us too.

If someone cancels their membership, are they still able to see what we’re sharing in the Facebook group?

Definitely not. When someone cancels their membership, we will remove them from the Facebook group to maintain the integrity of our group. They will also no longer have access to the monthly content.

Do I have to publicly share my wellness goals/journey in the group?

Absolutely not. You can engage with the weekly prompts however you see fit. If you’re feeling social and want to share your goals or your progress with the entire group one week, but not the next, that’s totally fine. However, even if you don’t intend to share publicly, I STRONGLY encourage you to come into the group each week, so that you can access and work through the prompts – they’re at the heart of furthering your soul’s connection to wellness.

So do I have to log into Facebook to find out what’s going on in the group?

In a nutshell: yes. Of course, this is your wellness journey so always move at your own pace. I do encourage you to pop into the group at least once a week. You’ll inevitably get inspired by something you see there, which will motivate and support your journey. Feel free to quietly observe or dive in and get deeply social. Either way, I promise this group will be full of practical tools, inspiring stories, and motivation to keep your wellness practice going.

Is there a set schedule of when things are happening in the group?

Why yes there is! It’ll go like this:

Monday: Weekly goal setting & check-ins.
Wednesday: Self-compassion check-in.
Friday: My personal weekly update video.

Once a month, I’ll share a conversation/interview (could be video or podcast) with someone from my personal wellness tribe. My “What I’m Loving Right Now” shares are not strictly scheduled – whenever I come across a great wellness-focused book, recipe, app, or something else I’ve vetted, I’ll tell you about it!

Is anything happening LIVE? Do I have to be at my computer at a certain time?

One of the beautiful things about The Possibilitarian Wellness Tribe is its simplicity. There is no online classroom with a login/password to remember. And there are no specific times that you need to be anywhere (meaning, nothing will be LIVE at 8 p.m., 8 a.m., etc.).

It’s this simple:

Enter our private Facebook group.

You’re probably already logging onto Facebook on a regular basis anyway, so it’s pretty convenient, right? Everything is waiting for you there (with fresh content every single week!) so you can engage with it at your convenience. Be quietly inspired by the prompts and sharing, or dive head first into fascinating conversations with other wellness-minded women. It’s totally up to you.
