What payment options do you offer?
For direct orders, payment can be made by credit card and will be processed at the time of shipment. We also offer Net 30 terms on approved credit, honored on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at wholesale@kellyraeroberts.com for consideration.
For Faire orders, we’re thrilled to extend our partnership benefits to you, including free returns and 60-day payment terms. New to Faire? Enjoy 50% off your first order—up to $150—and one year of free shipping.
I place an order; when should I receive it?
Yay! We are so thrilled to partner with you! We are a small, heartfelt team based in the charming town of Sisters, Oregon, and we pour our love and care into every order we fulfill. Our typical turnaround time is 5-9 days, although this may vary during busy seasons and sales. We usually ship twice a week, ensuring each package is carefully and lovingly prepared. Lots of good energy goes into packaging your goods, and we can’t wait for you to experience the joy and magic we’ve infused in every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are excited to partner with retailers around the world. Shipping will be calculated by weight, and carriers may vary. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all additional customs, duties, and fees that may incur. We can’t wait to share our art and joy with you, no matter where you are!
What if I need to return or exchange an item, or cancel my order?
We want you to be SO happy with our products in your store! If you need any assistance, please email us at wholesale@kellyraeroberts.com, and we will do our best to help. We kindly ask that cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. For orders placed through Faire, please follow their posted returns, exchange, credit, and cancellation procedures.
