The Stirring Within
An 8-week women’s circle
Dear friends,
This circle is for women who sense something is shifting within. Women who know it’s time to listen more closely. To the questions. To the longings. To what’s quietly rising to the surface. This is a space to explore who we’re becoming, what we’re releasing, and what we’re ready to welcome in.
This offering was born from my own recent season of turning 50 and asking, what’s next? I wanted a space to reflect, to release, to name what matters, and I knew I didn’t want to do it alone.
Introducing The Stirring Within:
An 8-Week Women’s Circle
to join a small group of women (no more than 12) for eight weeks of heart-led weekly circles. These Zoom gatherings will be rooted in soul, reflection, and shared intention. Together, we’ll explore what’s stirring within and gently align with the lives we’re being called to live.

This is for you if…
You are feeling a quiet (or loud) stirring within—an inner nudge that something is shifting, evolving, or ready to emerge.
You are craving intentional space each week to reflect, release, and reconnect with your deeper truths..
You are navigating a life transition or simply longing to feel more aligned with what’s next, and who want to do that in the company of kindred souls.
You are sincerely committed to showing up for each of the 2 hour live Zoom circles, which will be full to the brim with inspiration, check ins, kindness, witnessing, and loving accountability.
You trust the most perfect and right constellation of women will be in your circle, and you are willing to share/participate during our gatherings, understanding that your participation is crucial.
You are comfortable with terms like Creator, Source, Universe. You love the magic that can unfold when we lean deeper into meditation, visualization, mantras, affirmations, angel cards, energetics, joy work, and more.

I have experienced over and over again the powerful shifts that occur when women gather and reflect to one another their vibrancy.
We come more alive, more in tune with our hearts, and more inspired to live the lives that call to us.
I’ve been gathering in circles with women—first as a participant when I was just a girl, and later as a facilitator.
With my background as both an artist and a social worker (MSW), I’ve had the deep honor of guiding women through meaningful group experiences—both in person and online—for the past 20 years.
Time and time again, I’m moved by the magic that unfolds when women come together in safe, intentional space. When we’re invited to slow down, share our truths, be witnessed, and laugh (a lot!)—something sacred happens. We begin to hear the voice within, the one calling us back to ourselves.
Walking alongside women in these heart-led journeys has been one of the greatest and most enduring joys of my life.
