the dreams you want to realize. Your words are the greatest power you
have. The words you choose and their use establish the life you
experience.” – Sonia Choquette
My one little word of the year is Unleash.
Unleash as in freeing a few of my new and old ideas that are finally ready to be born.
Unleash as in joy explosions and love bombs.
Unleash as in creative growth.
Unleash as in letting go of the unecessary chains/leashes/stories that are holding me back.
Unleash, unleash, unleash.
I am so ready. Motivated. Inspired to see how it unfolds these next twelve months.
I am so grateful for the one little word concept. Thank you, Ali. It has been a yearly tradition I eagerly welcome and celebrate.
I’d love to know your word for 2013. Feel free to share in the comments or many of us are sharing right here on Facebook. LOVE the poetry of the words, collected.
Hi, I'm Kelly Rae Roberts!
Before I picked up my first paintbrush at the age of 30, I was a medical social worker. I followed my whispers and started playing with paint and everything changed.
Now I’m a full-time artist, author and Possibilitarian, who helps women explore and nourish their creative souls.

My word this year is LISTEN.
I want to listen to my life, listen to the whispers, listen to the tendris of guidance in the quiet space, listen deeply to others.
Unleash suits you perfectly.

I'm still choosing with a deadline of Jan 31.
my one tiny word is {ALL}
My one little word for 2013 is: Connected. I am inviting connection to my Self, to my feelings & emotions, to my body. I'm embracing connection to friends and family near and far. I am looking for connection to my surroundings — each room in my beautiful home and those wonderful little places of nature in my neighborhood. I love the thought of you inviting to *unleash* some things in 2013. Happy exploration and adventure!
So glad I found your blog! (I'm a Kim Klassen fan) just now dabbling in altered art, mostly digital. My word for the year is 'Altered'. First time to do Ali's class and my first one is altered. http://creatingbeyondthelayers.blogspot.com/2013/01/olw-january.html I love your work!
LOVE unleash, it's such a powerful and adventurous word.
My word for 2013 is GROW.
I want to…
Grow strong. Grow centered. Grow radiant. Grow relaxed. Grow open. Grow outward. Grow inward. Grow content. Grow solitude. Grow refreshed. Grow connected. Grow wings.

Here's to living our word in 2013!
Love this. And your painting reminder to unleash joy, creativity, truth. So important and a message that I have recently realized that I somehow lost along the way. Just so happens that the universe is using you and others as a strong voice in my ears, reminding me of where I need BE.
Renew.
Fondly,
Glenda
My word for this year is PASSION. I found this quote: "Only passions, great passions, can elevate the soul to great things." That's what I want for my life.

Sharing a comment with you today and being a part of this amazing energy is truly my word in action …
My word this year is …action! Taking each step forward acting on my thoughts and ideas and embracing the support of other like minded people!
Thank you for your word Kelly … It has me thinking today of what my actions have unleashed
Have an amazing day! Patti
Love you new word, Kelly! I have two words for 2013…is that allowed? Ha! One is "unburdened" and the other is "release". They both go hand in hand. When we release things that we should, we are free from the burden that they place on us.Can't wait to see what unfolds for you over these next 12 months. You have been such an inspiration to me in this last year and a half. Thank you!
Love UNLEASH, Kelly Rae. Great word, for sure. This year I want to FLOURISH. I decided that the past four or five years (as long as I have been following the "word of the year" idea), I have focused on words that required change in me and in my life. While those words were PERFECT for those times in my life – this year I decided to take it easy on myself and just BE . . . GO . . . MOVE FORWARD. . . . And FLOURISH as the person I am right now. So far, I am FEELING IT!!!! Here's a year of unleashed flourish-ment for us both! 😉
thank you for sharing Kelly. Am a huge fan of yours. My word for the year "Imagine". Visit my blog to see why.
much love
Beautiful post Kelly Rae… and I love the word you have chosen for this year…
My word for 2013 is 'adventure'… I'm ready for new discoveries… and of making the most of new opportunities… of finding adventure in every aspect of my life… both in a physical and spiritual sense… ready to embrace it all…
Jenny ♥
