Hi friends!
It’s summer! And my heart is happy for it. I’ve been riding my trusty blue bike, waking up early, and enjoying + savoring it. Things are slowing down, not much on the schedule, and I can feel the exhales and deep breaths.
This past weekend was one for the record books. Beautiful weather, including a warm breeze. Hammock time. TV time (we recently got our first ‘smart tv’ and I’m digging into the Magnolia Network shows!). Art making time. Garden time. Good food. And just a lot of sitting around on the porches.
So simple. So lovely and just right.
We’re doing some house and yard project this summer, including painting our house! We’re going for an off-white with black trim and cedar stains on the architectural details. I’ll keep you posted and share some before and afters, too.
