Anyone else feeling the post-holiday winter blues sneaking in? Over here in Central Oregon, the sun has gone into serious hiding, and honestly, the last couple of weeks have felt a little heavy. So, I’m leaning into what I need—giving myself full permission to crawl into bed ridiculously early, wrap up in my heating blanket, snuggle with the pups, lose myself in books, and indulge in some reality TV. Hello, winter hibernation vibes!

I made this new piece (comes in 5×7 up to 12×18 sizes!) as a gentle nudge to be extra kind to ourselves. To soften the inner dialogue. To pause. To take deep, grounding breaths. And to welcome in tenderness.
Because truly, we can never be too tender with our hearts.

So here’s to cozy blankets, early nights, and a whole lot of self-compassion. We’re in this together, friends—softly, gently, tenderly.
