4yr anniversary

This is one of my favorite pictures of us. It was taken in kauai earlier this year while we were hiking the napali coast. We were smelly and sweaty and gross, but this picture, for whatever reason, makes me smile. Today is our 4 year wedding anniversary and it’s hard to believe we’ve been together for a total of 6.5 years. The years have flown by. When i was younger I would have never dreamed of being this happy, but dreams do come true, i’ve learned. We are wonderful partners to one another with so much to look forward to. i am a blessed and lucky woman. Later tonite we’re going to Jakes Seafood, our favorite portland restaurant and we’ll fill up on crabcakes and other yummies and celebrate our marriage. life is good.
