I am wondering how you do the lettering on your painting… Some of it looks like it could be stamps, other hand-written using paint? Do you put anything over top of the lettering to protect it? I love your work

It's funny because last month I posted a step-by-step of a painting inspired by our Flying Lessons group (http://www.lalyblue.com/2012/11/compassion.html) and it has a similar vintage pink french postage stamp!
