More poppy goodness on a morning walk. They are huge and colorful and happy and tall.

Friday, May 13

Last day of hot sunny weather. Tomorrow we are back to 60’s and rain for a week. I love all of it.

Just had my first mammogram. I have been sort of dreading it, but on the way there I thought about how lucky I am to have this kind of access to technology. ?? Also, the entire process took all of five minutes and yeah it wasn’t the most comfortable thing in the world but it wasn’t as awful as it was in my head. Done and done.

Found a fantastic fit for True today for Kindergarten. On our way to the car after our initial tour of the place, he found this heart in our path. We all took it as a sign, of course. I predict some very good, soul expansion times in our future with this school. Feeling blessed and hopeful and all the feels that come with preparing to send your kid to Kindergarten.

Sunday, May 15

Hello sleepy rainy chilly Sunday. We had a rare sllloooww morning over here. Grateful for the quiet. I had to make the bed around this one today. She is such a weirdo.

Monday, May 16

I think it’s safe to say that Lulu does NOT agree with True’s morning mantra, “Rise and sunshine!” Geez. This dog.

Tuesday, May 17

We are currently on a dominos kick. I’ve only recently learned how to play. Getting rid of our TV was a good move ????

Wednesday, May 18

Ps: my almost daily routine. What’s in yours? Mine is spinach, plain coconut yogurt, frozen fruit, a bit of water. This along with my supplements = ??❤️

Sending much love,
