One of my wellness goals is to invite more adventure dates into my weekly life. And hiking has been calling me in ways it hasn’t before. I am crazy lucky to live in a city with one of the largest urban forests in the nation which means hikes galore within a few miles of my home. Today I did 4 miles. Felt amazing to be out there in the rain, with the redwoods and ferns and moss. Hello, green!
