You guys, big things are happening this week. We’re filming my upcoming painting e-course in my studio! Today was the first day of our three day shoot. Nervous. Hopeful. Stressed. Happy. Here’s a little peek at the scene – lights, camera, action!

Found a heart just when I was thinking of it! #messagesfromtheuniverse #noticing #grateful
I found this heart the other day and thought I’d share it with you.  The funny part about this heart is that it appeared within seconds of thinking “I’m gonna look for a heart” as I was walking down the sidewalk toward my car, rushing from one place to the next. It was the perfect reminder to sloooowww down and take it all in. Breath. I think I’ll add it to the collection
