this vision and this dream for this family has been years in the making. many of you are aware of this dear family and helped contribute to the building of a new home for odette’s mother in rwanda. remember that? we called it the house that love built. and that’s exactly what it was.

now, finally, after tremendous hurdles and efforts over the past many years, jen lemen is back in rwanda to finally (FINALLY) bring odette’s girls to the US to be reunited as a family forever. visas have been issued. hearts have been widened. and the girls are this close to boarding a plane with jen to their new home here with their momma. it’s been years since odette has seen her girls. can you imagine? stephanie roberts has a beautiful entry today over on shutter sisters sharing parts of this incredible story and more details.
