Going to ArtFest 2006

Feb 23, 2006 | Life in Progress

i can’t believe it, but i’m actually going to ArtFest 2006 next month and i’m just so excited about it. it’s gonna be 4 nites and 3 days of artists coming together in Port Townsend, WA for a long weekend of workshops, creating, learning, meeting like-minded people, sharing, nourishment. i’ve heard nothing but amazing things about this event that i really can’t wait to experience it. i’m going alone, and truthfully, i’m a bit intimidated by the whole thing, but i’m so ready. nerves, and all.

Sending much love,

Oh, I’m so jealous – that sounds like so much fun! Hey, look – Claudine is here, too. The internet is a small world, isn’t it?

Kelly, that looks like so much fun! I’d love to go to an event like that some time. The image on their homepage is great. Can’t wait to hear the details when you get back — and see all your creations.Do you ever take workshops at Art house or First Impressions? Or submit to Somerset Studio’s “call for creativity”? Their next theme is “Bohemia” due in April so I think I’ll try to do something for that!

Curious what kind of school your husband is applying to – sounds like something medical?
