Weekly Update – coming back to what is true

Jul 19, 2018 | Life in Progress

I’m obsessed with Instagram – it’s my favorite online home! Here are some recent posts, and for those of you who aren’t on Instagram, come and join me!

Tuesday, July 10

My parents and I took a trip to the quaint town of Sisters, OR in Central Oregon. LOVED it. I am back home in Portland and feeling grateful for the adventure, the wide open spaces, big blue expansive skies, amazing stars in the night sky, friendly strangers, stunning mountains, all the animals (hello dear!), the artsy community and more. Sisters, Oregon, I love you. And I’m happy to be home with my boys.

Thursday, July 12

Spending the whole day in self-care mode after several full days. Self-care today looks like this: back porch lounging, listening the the wind, eating clean, tending to my flower garden, a workout and soak session later, good convo with my family, and generally resting up. What does self care look like for you?

I planted many Floret Flower bulbs in our driveway strip back in the Spring and now the driveway is blooming, y’all! It’s making me ridiculously happy.

Friday, July 13

Raise your hand if this speaks to you. I especially love “a willingness to start over and over and over a million times a day” – so so so very true.

Here’s to coming back to what is true and whole and sacred. We are precious beings. May our hearts know this truth.

Sending much love,
