Weekly Update – Good Work. Soul Work.

Dec 21, 2017 | Life in Progress

I’m obsessed with Instagram – it’s my favorite online home! Here’s a recap from the last week, and for those of you who aren’t on Instagram, come and join me!

Saturday, December 16

Saturday slow morning over here. Love how much he loves reading right now. May it be lifelong.

Sunday, December 17

We are a wildly imperfect family. And we are engaged, in process, and in love with one another. It is hard work. Good work. Soul work.
.
I know we’ve chosen one another in many other lives for many other reasons and in many capacities and forms. Yet in this life the reasons seem clear and familiar, like we’re continuing a long long journey together that started long long before. I am grateful for all the opportunities these two give me to deepen my path and my learnings and my joy practice. It’s a love of a lifetime.

Monday, December 18

Well friends. I’m leaving behind what is traditionally a very full week of hustle and bustle and trading it in for three quiet days on the Oregon Coast (my favorite place on Earth) with some dear lady friends. There will be nourishment, good good, meaningful conversation, lots of sleep, repair and restoration and rest. Here’s to creating the experiences we most need and desire. Xxo! Sending love to you all and wishes for a week of what your heart needs most. Xxo

Tuesday, December 20

More of this. Please and amen.

Goodbye Arch Cape on the Oregon Coast. You were food for the soul in many, many ways. Feeling refreshed and delighted to head back to the land of seasonal festivities. Big big love, KRae

Sending much love,
