Hello slooow Saturday morning. Currently on the porch swing with cup of tea and Lulu. The sounds of the neighborhood = bliss.

It’s day one of #soulcareseconds and the mission is to listen (and capture) what our souls find beautiful all day long. Because beauty matters. Because it resonates to the deepest parts of our hearts that need nourishment. Because our souls need us to consciously feed it joy. This morning I was greeted by these. Ahh, weekly flowers from the farmers market deeply nourish my soul. I look at the daily, and love what they give: Simple, sacred beauty worth taking a pause, noticing, breathing it in, and gifting it to my spirit.
Found a tiny little moment of beauty for #soulcareseconds. ??
After a week or so of no sun, I’m noticing and loving the beauty of how the sun is filtering through today. Really needed it. #soulcareseconds

Currently taking a moment to sit, rest, and silence the noise of the day. The birds are chirping like crazy and it could not be more beautiful. Loving the #SoulCareSeconds practice this week. It’s bringing consciousness to how I move through my day. Love!
Taking a break from working on something so exciting I can barely wait to tell you about it. Calming my nerves, soaking in the quiet break, the sun, and just sitting here daydreaming for a few minutes. While making this cup of afternoon tea, I stretched and breathed while I waited for the water to boil. Whaaaa? This #SoulCareSeconds practice is inspiring me to take every available moment to tend to my spirit. Yes! ??

Finding the sacred in the ordinary today for #soulcareseconds. Loving this practice.
I paused, picked it up, and made a wish. Because hello, I can’ turn down an opportunity to manifest and to find the sacred in the ordinary. And to be a kid again. Who’s with me? #soulcareseconds
