Just had the most fun two hours with the talented and lovely hearted Tara Whitney. She was here to photograph our family and she was such a big hit.
Oh my. My new helmet arrived!! Totally in love. I’ve been commuting to my studio with my bike and this helmet makes me an official PDX nerd on the road. For those of you interested, it came from Inkwell Helmets.

I
don’t miss my roots of growing up in the South that much (PNW has
always felt more like home), but I do miss being able to find REALLY
good, authentic, made fresh Southern dishes. Yesterday John and I
discovered Miss Delta restaurant on Mississippi Ave, near our hood. The cheesy grits were
perfection (oh how I miss southern grits!) as was the bacon, biscuits,
gravy, fried cheese, and more. And the place itself was super cool.

I have been working on a new offering and I can barely contain myself
with excitement. Registration for this new painting class opens soon (in
about 10 days) and its gonna be soooo good. I hope you’ll join me.
We’re gonna paint Angels to help manifest our deepest dreams and wishes.
