there is so much change coming up. i’m not always the best when it comes to change, but my heart is open….wide open to all the treasures waiting to be seen, unearthed. there is so much to discover about ourselves. these days i’m feeling exposed and vulnerable in ways that are good for me. in ways that challenge me to share the expansiveness of my very own heart. feels good. feels solid, and true, and me. i like that.
