I’m in love with the monthly Self-Care Sanctuary. It’s such a potent, gorgeous, uplifting place to connect about all the deep and wide layers of what it means to take care of ourselves. Like, truly take care of our WHOLE selves.

I love the monthly conversations I get to have with Lacy, my collaborator for this project, and I especially love the monthly live calls that we have with the women who come to share, learn, witness, and laugh.

This month (July), we’re talking about something I’m super passionate about: Unlearning all the roles and rules that we’ve unconsciously layered up over our Light, causing us to feel stuck, unclear, and afraid. Consciously unlearning our way back to our original light, our original brilliance, is not only empowering, but it changes everything, leading us deeper into a life that feels free and 100% ours.

Often, choosing light requires us to lay down stories and rules and roles that no longer serve us. It’s about unburdening ourselves so that we have room to illuminate and be illuminated. It’s about empowering ourselves to unlearn and unlayer all that’s dimming our own brilliance of light. I spoke about this concept in NYC a few years ago, and we’re taking a deeper dive into it this month in The Self-Care Sanctuary.

Come join us! I’d love to have you! And here’s to unlearning, unlearning, unlearning.

Big love,

Hi, I'm Kelly Rae Roberts!

Before I picked up my first paintbrush at the age of 30, I was a medical social worker. I followed my whispers and started playing with paint and everything changed. Now I’m a full-time artist, author and Possibilitarian, who helps women explore their creativity, nourish their souls and build a thriving creative business.
