Wear Your Joy – Feeling Playful

Apr 21, 2017 | My Creative Practice, Wear Your Joy™

Hello friends! Here are my most recent Wear Your Joy moments. As always, this personal practice continues to inspire. Wanna join me? Click over here for all the details!

Wednesday, March 22

Wearing my yellow shoes, you know, because Spring has Sprung (not). Happy Wednesday, friends. Today it’s an admin day and a few meetings. Xxo ps: shoes are Swedish Hasbeens!)

Friday, March 24

A super quick post as I head out for a full day. I got this tunic in clearance awhile back at Free People. It’s a super raining grey day outside and I wanted to feel playful 😉. Xxo! Happy Friday, y’all.

Thursday, April 6

You guys. On my way to the gym and realized I am matchy matchy poo poo with all of my gear.

Friday, April 14

Chopped my bangs off and made a maxi dress by layering two of my favorite Gudrun Sjoden pieces, a dress and a slip. Gotta be honest and say that doing the Wear Your Joy project is harder now that I’m working from home but when I resist the urge to throw on sweats and instead play with my clothes, my entire attitude changes for the good. And I just feel so much better. How are y’all doing with #wearyourjoy? I’m considering doing a 5 day Wear Your Joy Spring challenge. You wanna join me?

Sending much love,

Oooo! I’m up for the challenge! Besides being a Gudrun peep, too, I am enjoying getting back into jewelry making! ….as if I needed more necklaces, earrings and brackets!!!! Never have enough! But also, I have been weeding out items of jewelry that I don’t seem to be wearing and breaking them up and forming new stuff of the pieces….creative juices flowing! Went with my DH when he went shopping for shoes….found two pairs for myself! <3

I want to be you for a day. But I’d be okay with just following you around and taking good notes!
