Monday! I’m back to work today after staying low and resting up last week. Recommitted to my vitamins, by green smoothies, and a promise to do two of these three things everyday that inspire my heart: make something, sweat, and write.

I cut my hair off yesterday and I’m so glad I did! Yay for short and sassy.

Monday! Today it’s my monthly women’s group, a meeting with Nichole, and possibly (hopefully) making something, and definitely a sweat session later this eve. Happy to be dressed up in joy as it really really helps my attitude and heart.
