I recently returned home from a most extraordinary trip to Tuscany where I spent a week in the company of amazing women. I was the lucky guest teacher at The La Dolce Vita Retreat, which was hosted by Carolyn’s Prone To Wander Retreats.

I’ve been to Tuscany one other time. For those of you who have been following my adventures, you might remember when I did a book launch/teaching gig there ten years ago! It was so lovely to return and be treated to such an amazing experience. The food! The creative play! The wanderings and the markets and the scenery.

It was especially lovely to leave all the unpacked boxes, the stress of moving homes, and all the left undone things behind and just GO. It was good for my soul, my body, my creative spirit.

Thank you, Carolyn, for the amazing opportunity to attend. I will never forget it! For those of you thinking of attending one of Carolyn’s retreats, I can’t recommend it enough!

Speaking of retreats, I’m cooking up a few over here in my sweet, quaint new little town of Sisters, OR. Stay tuned!

Sending much love,
