Trying to ride my bike more because I love it and it gets my body moving and sweating. Wellness update: I ate 90%ish plant-based this week. I can hardly believe it, like in that way when we surprise ourselves when we do something we didn’t thing we could do.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Feels really really good. John has been inspired to do the cooking and he’s on a roll because it’s all so delicious and I’m sort of floored by it all. My cravings have gone down tremendously and though I know I won’t be 100% plant-based all of the time, I’m definitely aiming to tip the scales in that direction. Lots of seeds, nuts, legumes, veggies, fruits, quinoa. I keep telling John that he should start an Insta account for all of his recipes and such. He is INSPIRED and I’m feeling mighty grateful to partake in his foods. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s the update, friends. Still working out at the gym. Still showing up. Still having weeks that are better than others. So happy to be on this path AND SO HAPPY for my fellow Possibilitarian Wellness Tribe sisters.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
