For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been deep in the land of the flu—the kind that takes you out completely, humbles you, and forces you to surrender to rest. It’s been a slow, wobbly return, and while I’m eager to feel fully like myself again, I keep coming back to the message of this piece: Grace, Always.
Grace for the undone to-do lists.
Grace for the body that needed time to heal.
Grace for the plans that had to be postponed.
Grace for the way life invites us (sometimes not so gently) to slow down and soften.

I think about how often we extend grace to others so effortlessly, yet struggle to offer it to ourselves. But what if we made it our practice? What if we allowed ourselves to rest without guilt, to move through hard seasons with tenderness, and to trust that all will unfold in its own time? I’m holding onto that today. Maybe you need the reminder too?
Whatever season you’re in, let it be filled with grace. Always.

A few Grace + Healing products I love, love, love.
