SoulJoy, NEW art, and more

Isn’t it wild to think about the vastness, the overwhelming sheer magnificence of our soul’s essence? The human experience can be such a dense, narrowly focused journey when in fact the essence of us is an entire universe filled with extraordinary, astonishingly beautiful everything.

I often have to remind myself that, “Oh yes we’re more than just humans! Oh yes, this carpool, this laundry, this job, the ordinary human life is ultimately an opportunity to show up as much as we can with the signature of our souls. And our souls are all dripping with essential beauty and…..love.”

Being human is hard. It helps me to know that I’m here to alchemize the hard into meaning and Joy, into something that serves my highest good. You, too?

Speaking of Joy and Souls, I had a super fun conversation with Lacy Young, creator of SoulJoy over on her Instagram. You can watch the full conversation right over here. I quit Instagram about a year ago, but if there’s anyone who can get me back for a juicy conversation on Insta, it’s Lacy. I SO loved this conversation as Lacy is one of my biggest supports as I navigate the human experience. I have learned so much from her and in this convo, I share a little snippet of those learnings.

Sending much love to you on your human journey,

Kelly Rae

PS: Be sure to check out Lacy’s SoulJoy virtual retreat. She is enrolling now for the retreat in October! As someone who has traveled and invested in myself for one of her retreats, I cannot recommend it more!!

Sending much love,
