Celebrating Tiny Victories in Everyday Soul Care: Self-Kindness

May 26, 2018 | Entrepreneurship, Life in Progress

I’ve been hearing so much from you about the upcoming Everyday Soul Care: Self-Kindness. You’re telling me it’s time. To pause. To tend to our own hearts. To treat ourselves like the guest of honor in our own lives. To set up some practices that create nourishing space for ourselves. You’re also telling me about all of your friends who would benefit from more self-compassion. Your mama. Your bestie. Your neighbor. Your auntie. I believe you, too. Because I don’t know a single person who couldn’t benefit from more compassion, kindness, and self-love. We’re so hard on ourselves, sometimes unconsciously.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Can you imagine a world where we not only have our own self-kindness practice, but we’re also in conversation about it with other women? Holy smokes, YES. Because, honestly, I want to know how you’re taking care of yourself despite it all. I want to know how you find the time to be so good to your heart despite it all. I want to know how you’re making space for yourself. I want to know how your self-kindness mantras are working for you. I want to know your roadblocks to self-kindness and how you’re being brave with your small steps. I want to celebrate all the tiny victories you’re making when an aha arrives or when you heal an old negative belief.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is what I want for all of us. And I’m over the moon to help facilitate the conversation.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m loving the response to Everyday Soul Care: Self-Kindness. And I’m loving that so many of you are doing with with your friend, your mom, your sister, your bestie. A dream come true. Come one, come all!

Sending much love,
