Totally love this wellness journal by Daily Greatness. I use it daily and had to share because it’s seriously helped me uplevel my wellness game. I’ve been spending about 10 minutes each morning mapping out my wellness plan for the day (food, fitness, soul care) and then another 10 minutes in the evening as I wind down the day.
I’m finding it so helpful to not just plan and schedule out my wellness goals but to journal quick responses to important questions around my practice, especially when it comes to self-compassion along the way, what’s working, what isn’t working, and more.
