Can I tell you my latest dream and the reason I’m doing a brand refresh? I’ve been making art and sharing my creative journey with ya’ll for 12 years now. Remember when I had a day job as a social worker and transitioned into art full time? Those were incredible days of heart and life expansion and I have learned so many soulful lessons along the way. I will always make meaningful art, teach art classes, and be a resource to other creative entrepreneurs (we need each other). AND now my dream (and what I’m being called to do so very clearly) is to integrate more writing into what I do.
I want to tell you my stories and hear yours. I want to write more about soul care, soul work, finding the sacred in the ordinary, how Joy can be a powerful spiritual teacher when our lives feel like a trainwreck. I want to talk about parenting our joy, wearing our joy, decorating our joy. I want to write about mining our struggles for gold, hope, and healing. I want to write about awakening our brilliance and light and how we can be gifts to this world. I want to write about being brave in sadness, brave in love. How to nurture and build sisterhood tribes. How self-kindness can mend our broken hearts, and how we are the ones we’ve been waiting for. How nothing is ever wasted, the divine order of everything. I want to write about burnout, and all the ways we can find soul care seconds in our everyday lives, how it’s essential. I want to write about how we can consciously create the lives that we long for by sharing my stories and perspective. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So in the coming months, I will be nurturing this dream, starting by writing Everyday Soul Care: Self-kindness (click here if you want in). And then more writing and classes. Thus, the brand refresh, so that my website and brand can hold all the pieces of me. I so hope you come along with me as I make my way. BIG LOVE!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Hi, I’m Kelly Rae Roberts! Before I picked up my first paintbrush at the age of 30, I was a medical social worker. I followed my whispers and started playing with paint, and everything changed.
