inspired by
my last round of computer photobooth prego photos taken at 24 weeks, here’s another round at 37 weeks. i’m not as loopy delirious in these photos (and boy do i need a haircut), but definitely more tired. after many days of
canbarelystayawake exhaustion, i was sure i was anemic but after a quick lab draw today, i’m far from it. turns out, i’m just plain ol tired. pooped. kaput. i know i should be. i don’t know why i’m so surprised!
i wanted to give you guys another glimpse into a little corner of our home. we are getting so excited about baby boy. i can hardly believe it!
i found this well loved and used wicker bassinet on wheels at a local thrift store and could not resist its charm. i brought it home, gave it a very good washing, new mattress, and called it a day. we’re keeping it up in our attic bedroom where we can wheel it around next to our bed, in our master bath, and even the breastfeeding nook i created (seen above) upstairs. the velveteen rabbit peeking out of the bassinet was given to me years ago by my mom. oh how we both love the velveteen rabbit story – it’s a keeper, that one.
