I’ve been deep in writing mode over here, finishing the last touches of my newest/updated offering (The Wear Your Joy™ Class >> you are invited!).

A big part of the course is looking at joy-wearing as self-care and using each morning when we’re getting dressed and ready for the day as a sacred opportunity for self-compassion.

That’s 365 opportunities to be good to ourselves. Powerful, right?

It’s a little tricky how JOY sneaks in the self-care and kindness, but that’s how joy works.

When we are by making choices that delight our soul – whether it’s in our clothes, who we choose to surround ourselves with, how we decorate, etc – we are, in essence, accessing a deep place inside ourselves that knows our truest voice.

AND OUR VOICES MATTER. This is joy+self-care at work.

Wearing my joy has been a powerful way INTO this practice for me. It has become a sacred map that not only guides me toward creating my own unique style choices, but a life built around JOY.

Who knew that wearing our joy could be a practice of awakening?

I’m excited to show you how …

Come join me for what so many have found to be a powerful, awakening experience.

XOXOXO!
