Above is another one minute time-lapse for you guys. My favorite part is around 50 seconds when LuluButterButterBean INSISTED that I pick her up for some snuggles. This particular painting was filmed for my new weekly painting video + shenanigans offering called Kelly Rae Unscripted. What I love about it more than I can say is it’s extremely informal, casual vibe. I’m just dong my thing and you guys are right there with me. Love!
As with any new offering, things evolve. And I can see Unscripted evolving, too. I’m noticing my urge not just to paint and share stories of my week, but to also answer the questions that I often get in my inbox around painting, spirituality, parenting, and more while I’m painting. Love!

I can’t wait for Friday so I can hang out with Kelly Rae Roberts again! 🙂 It really did feel like I was hanging out with her as I watched her video. I love that she has let us into her world and just hangs out and makes art and chit chats with us. I love that she sings along with the music just as she would if we were friends hanging out and making art together. I hesitated signing up for Unscripted…..cost, time, etc. I finally let myself take the leap and, boy, I am so thankful that I did!! Unscripted is so inspiring to me! I’m so grateful for Kelly Rae’s free and fun spirit that reminds me to stay out of my head and just CREATE – not always easy to do! Several times in the process I had to step away and come back with a fresh approach – wanting something to be different, but not always sure what and not sure what to try.
